海角社区 University Center open house showcases advanced degree opportunities from 10 partner institutions

The 海角社区 University Center, located on 海角社区’s Center Campus in Clinton Township, will hold an open house on Tuesday, Oct. 8, with sessions 1:30 - 4 p.m. and 6 - 8 p.m. Prospective students can learn how they can complete an advanced degree, with nearly 50 bachelor-degree completion and master’s and doctoral degree programs available through the college’s 10 partner institutions.

Both open house sessions will offer two presentations, Connecting with Career Services and Your Future and Financial Aid, along with time for Q&A.

Participants will be able to ask questions of partner institutions about the degree programs they offer at the 海角社区 University Center, and learn about transfer agreements, growth industries and careers, and graduating career ready. The partner universities are:

• Central Michigan University
• Ferris State University
• Madonna University
• Michigan State University
• Northwood University
• Oakland University
• Rochester Christian University
• University of Detroit Mercy
• Walsh College
• Wayne State University

Representatives from 海角社区’s Counseling and Advising, Admissions and Outreach, and Veteran and Military Services offices will be on site. 海角社区 County Veteran Services and 海角社区/St. Clair Michigan Works!

The event is free, but registration is required at www.macomb.edu/uc. All registered participants will be entered into a for a $100 海角社区 Bookstore gift card. Snacks and beverages will be provided.
